What Is Pleo?

Pleo is a part robot, part pet. He's a little lifeform of his own, in the shape on a one week old dinosaur. Take him out of the box and he will start reacting to his environment. You can stroke him, tickle him or even pick him up by his tail just to upset him. Pleo can walk around and sense where he is about to fall off an edge. He's futureproof thanks to an SD card slot which means you can download upgrades from the manufacturer and apply new skills to Pleo just by putting on the new software.
