Wii Play is a must-buy for any Wii owner. It comes with loads of micro games, like duck shooting (reminiscent of the NES classic), air hockey, table tennis and my personal favourite, Billiards. Because they are great multi player games, you get a Wii controller with the game.
Check out the video below where I got an insane break off in Wii Play Billiards, sinking 7 balls in one shot, including the cue ball unfortunately. This allowed me to get a 4 shot clearance and achieve my personal best score of 66. Would love to have done it without the foul, so I'll keep trying for that.
If you have a Nintendo Wii, firstly consider yourself lucky because for a second Christmas running, stocks of the revolutionary console are low. Secondly, think about how much you are spending on batteries for wii-mote controllers, and wonder if there's a better way. Thankfully there is.
The Remote Charging Stand is a neat add on for the Wii Console. It replaces the existing vertical stand that came with your Wii and has a nice new section where you can stand two Wii controllers. Whilst plugged in, it will be busy recharging the 3 AAA rechargeable batteries housed in the new battery section which plugs into where you previously put two AA batteries.
As well as that, the stand has a compartment where you can seperately charge two rechargeable AA batteries, for general use in other remote controls etc. A useful, attractive addition to your Wii setup that will save you money over time.

If you are a fan of the BBC's Dragons' Den program, you may remember the iTeddy. An innovative children's teddy bear that cunningly conceals a media player in its tummy. This allows it to be used for playing music, stories, cartoons and more. It was backed on the show by Theo Paphitis and Peter Jones and the good news is that this Christmas, you can buy iTeDDy.
I don't remember it originally have the two "D"s in upper case - maybe that's a nod to its appearance on Dragons' Den?
Costing £59.99, and available in brown or white, the iTeDDy is a cuddly companion that can offer children learning and fun. It connects to a PC by USB cable so you can top it up with fresh content from the iTeDDy website. It uses a rechargeable lithium battery so it won't cost you a fortune in batteries either.
