Hello Kitty is a cute, Japanese character created in 1974 by the company Sanrio. Hello Kitty has lots of friends, such as her pet Charmmy Kitty and her boyfriend Dear Daniel. She has been around for years but is becoming increasingly popular in the UK and is usually of particular interest to young girls.
